Additions – Mallee Road, Wagga Wagga
We have been busy preparing drawings for a project on Mallee Road, Wagga Wagga. The project involves the addition of a wing via a new connecting glass entry. The new wing consists of bedrooms, guest rooms, a bathroom and internal courtyard. We are especially excited about the inclusion of the internal courtyard, its purpose is to bring sunlight through into the bathroom and also to create a beautiful aesthetic quality. The extension will also feature a cathedral ceiling with exposed timber beams. On the exterior, we have included Inno wood as an external detail cladding feature. The glass entry will use a Murobond paint finish. Our client was also lucky enough to find recycled bricks that match the existing bricks of the house. The recycled bricks will be used for the bedrooms on the new wing.
