In Construction – The Esplanade

Last week we did a site visit to one of our additions and alterations projects located within the conservation area on The Esplanade. This older style house (built in the early 20th century) is undergoing significant renovations which have involved demolition and re-construction to the rear of the house. The rear addition has become a much more liveable and comfortable part of the house with its larger spaces, improved flow throughout the rest of the house and outdoor patios, and also through the inclusion of large expanses of windows to bring in more light and air. The house also incorporates various upgrades throughout, making it more assessible for its occupants. The builder on this project is Ben Jones Constructions.
Furthermore, we have also prepared a landscape design concept which has been well received by the owners.
