In Construction – Thomsons Lane

This residential project located in Brucedale is nearing completion. The brief was to design a new, family home that is spacious, comfortable and functional.
The house exterior embodies a strong, traditional aesthetic and sits harmoniously with its rural surrounds. It has rendered brick veneer walls, pitched rooflines and large windows. The house has been designed on an east-west axis with optimum northern orientation to enhance liveability.
The interior is a contemporary style, achieved through its colour scheme, selections of sleek fittings and fixtures, and the design of open plan kitchen, dining and living spaces.
The builder on this project is Ted van Lierop.
