Kansas Drive, Wagga Wagga – Construction Progress

Our new residential project on Kansas Dr in Wagga Wagga is now under construction. To date the ground floor concrete slab and block work walls have been constructed and upon our site visit the blocks were being core filled.

This project is a contemporary two storey residence which has been designed to suit the owner’s busy lifestyle and is just as importantly, to be aesthetically pleasing. One of the main important considerations of the design was to effectively address the steep slope of the block from the rear eastern corner to front western corner, whilst still retaining a significant parcel of land for future landscaping and other development opportunities such as a swimming pool.

This promises to be a beautiful home and we are very excited to see it take shape! Stay tuned as the house progresses.
