Wollundry Avenue extension

Currently on the drawing board, is this first floor extension to a home on Wollundry Avenue, in the Wagga Wagga Conservation Area. Wollundry Avenue is a picturesque, pedestrian only street, with a mixture of inter war houses and pleasant views over Wollundry Lagoon. The addition is a simple gabled structure, with white weatherboard cladding, stucco render and craftsman inspired pergolas and awnings. The garage extension seeks to enhance the quality of the current streetscape and positive feedback has been received from the town’s local Heritage Advisor. This house project is due to commence construction in a couple of months, so keep an eye out for progress.
