Yaven Creek – New House

This new family residence is being built near Adelong. The house has been designed in a contemporary Australian style, which will sit in harmony in its rural setting. It will contain five bedrooms and three bathrooms to suit the needs of a young family.
Some of the design features will include coloured blades, skillion roof lines, rendered Hebel external wall construction, a pergola to the front verandah, and the integration of summer and winter courtyards. This home will also incorporate hydronic heating, double glazed windows and additional levels of insulation. The builder appointed for this project is John Powers.
