Residential mixed use project to establish sense of community and cater to various living needs of occupants

The site on which this residential mixed use development stands was identified as a landmark site by the Land and Housing cooperation who are the clients of this build.

The aim was to enhance the established sense of community and cater to the varying living needs presented in existing and anticipated the residential, social and cultural fabric of the town.

The design development has incorporated extensive collaboration with local council, consultants and client consultations in order to meet the development requirements. In addition to aesthetics sympathetic to the surrounding area this project required a practical solution for the increasing population of the city.

The varied layouts of the units include eight one bedroom, two double bedroom apartments and we have also incorporated an adaptable unit on the ground floor.

GPG Architecture always got in touch and collaborated with other consultants before reviewing and providing knowledgeable responses to queries raised.
They dealt with non-conformances and any on-site design issues in a clear and decisive manner and provided enough time to resolve any issues in a cooperative manner such they never resulted in conflict.
The Architectural consultant’s performance against the client performance criteria was more than acceptable.
I have no hesitation in recommending this Architect for future LAHC Projects.
