Situated within the industrial precinct of Forbes, this recently completed project for Hutcheon & Pearce seamlessly integrates industrial functionality with a strong commercial presence. The development comprises a substantial industrial shed, complemented by a commercial showroom positioned at the frontage, forming a bold yet cohesive architectural composition.
A dynamic entry sequence, expansive showroom volumes, and a restrained minimalist design language define the project’s aesthetic. The clean, linear exterior expression is carried through into the interior, creating a consistent and unified spatial experience throughout.
Our studio also played a key role in the landscape design, enhancing both the visual appeal and environmental integration of the site while reinforcing the project’s overall architectural intent.
