Edward St – New Development
We have been busy working on 3D visualisations for a multi-unit development proposed for Edward St, Wagga Wagga. The project involves four units, each containing 2 bedrooms and private courtyard. To maximise space the units are designed to be 2 storey.
The overall aesthetic is contemporary with a strong use of James Hardie lightweight facade cladding products such as Scyon Axon and Scyon Matrix. We have also incorporated the use of natural, stacked stone as a design feature. The overall colour scheme is a mix of white, greys and charcoal.
This project also included a landscape design component to provide a complete service to the client.
