Established in February 2006 by Gioia Gianniotis, our practice undertakes work throughout the Riverina, ACT, Snowy Mountains and Albury-Wodonga regions.
With a strong commitment to quality design we deliver a diverse range of services, offering creative customised solutions be it for a residential commercial or conservation projects. Our multi-disciplinary team assists with all aspects of architecture and interior design, offering a holistic approach with cost-effective solutions to meet client requirements.
Our diverse range of interests and experience includes conservation works, contemporary and traditional design. Our main point of difference is our passion for recommending eco-friendly solutions. These are applied to floor plan layouts, materials, finishes, fixtures. With thorough design controls we work to minimise the impact on the environment and in turn reducing running costs without compromising on design functionality and desired aesthetics.
Furthermore, our ability to call on good working relationships with other stakeholders and our proximity to regional sites, enhances the delivery during the design and construction process.
Our firm and number of our projects have recently received awards through the Australian Institute of Architects, Master Builders Association, Housing Industry Association and Wagga Wagga Business Chamber.
