Addition in harmony to traditional style main residence

We are designing an addition in a sympathetic style to a main residence, consisting of a sandstone block exterior with weatherboard accent, large arched window, bell cast metal roof and traditional style lantern lighting. The semi contained addition, composing of two bedrooms, ensuite and laundry will enhance function and livability for the owners visiting adult children and guests.
The project has been undertaken by our team member Lee-Anne, who has responsibility for the design and drafting in Revit. To enhance consistency of aesthetic and to streamline the project, Lee-Anne has also undertaken the colour, materials and finishes palette of the interiors.  

Furthermore, Erica has attended site to undertake to landscape design component of the project and currently preparing a landscape design concept for the clients.

The project is located on acreage in Springvale. The builders are Cooper Constructions and Kurt Leese Constructions.
