Alterations – Chaston St

This project is a makeover of an older style block of units located on Chaston Street. Our aim is to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the building and surrounds without over capitalising. The suggested improvements are in keeping with, and embrace the era and original character of the building. Our ideas are documented in a Design and Inspiration Report which includes sketches and drawings to improve internal spaces, the building exterior, street frontage and surrounds. It also includes a colour, materials, finishes scheme, maintenance suggestions and preferred product and supplier list. We also produced a landscape concept plan, including planting guide in addition to the Design and Inspiration Report.
