Flowerdale Road Addition – Construction Progress

Construction has commenced on Stage 2 of the new, contemporary style, 2 pod home on Flowerdale Road, Downside. The house embraces a number of environmentally friendly solutions such as high performing wall and ceiling insulation, wide eaves to increase shade protection and bays of glazed windows/doors to further enhance energy efficiency. In keeping with a contemporary style, the house is designed to have a skillion roof and will be incorporate exterior sheet cladding with BlueScope ZINCALUME. We have incorporated an impressive north facing decked area to further utilise relaxing and entertaining spaces. The builder for the project is David Gorrie of Go Green Building.
