On the Drawing Board – Old Narrandera Road

We have recently started drawings for renovations to an existing residential on Old Narrandera Road. Interestingly enough, this family home is an original Cobb and Co building.
One of the main considerations for this project was to carefully plan the floor levels for the extensions to this home, given it is located in the Wagga Wagga floodplain zone.

The brief is to renovate the exterior facade in its traditional aesthetic whilst updating the interior and rear of the house exterior in a contemporary style. The project started as an Inspiration Session which has since progressed to documentaion for Council.
