On the Drawing Board – Yaven Creek Road

We have been working on drawings for a new family residence located near Adelong. The design brief was for a contemporary, Australian style home that is comfortable and practical for a young family, whilst sitting harmoniously in its rural setting.

The home will contain five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Some of the design features will include coloured blades, skillion roof lines, rendered Hebel external wall construction, a pergola to the front verandah, and the integration of summer and winter courtyards. This home will also incorporate hydronic heating, double glazed windows and additional levels of insulation.
