Peppermint Dr, Springvale – Construction Update

Last week we went on site to see how construction was progressing at Peppermint Drive, Springvale. The project is a new contemporary style, two-storey residence. The house sits elevated with the rest of the site sloping downhill, it has been designed to command strong views across Wagga and its landscape. The house is taking shape with the external SIPs walls and roof erected in place. Some of the external cladding has been installed. James Hardie Axon 133 cladding has been used for the ground floor external wall cladding, while the first-floor external walls have been clad with James Hardie Axon 400. All external cladding has been installed in a vertical format. The next part of the construction process is the installation of aluminium framed windows and doors.
