Holbrook Road, Wagga Wagga – Progress Update

Last week we went on site to see how construction was progressing at our project on Holbrook Road, Wagga Wagga. The house is a new single-storey, dual occupancy and consists of three main pods. The site is 37 hectares, semi rural and will provide picturesque views. The residence is designed to be eco-friendly and has a strong contemporary aesthetic. The house is constructed using steel frames, concrete piers and eco housing panels for the wall, floor and roof. These panels combine insulation, structural properties and a decorative external surface. The panels arrived from Queensland pre-cut and are being installed by Ben Jones Constructions and Mike from Ecohousing Building Systems.
