Peppermint Drive, Wagga Wagga – Construction Progess Update

We visited site yesterday to check on progress of this project on Peppermint Drive, in Wagga Wagga. The house is currently under construction. The internal and external walls are Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) which are a great alternative to conventional brick veneer. SIPs have excellent thermal qualities which suit the hot Australian climate. SIPs are superior to conventional brick veneer as they are more energy efficient and the construction time is significantly quicker. Furthermore, SIPs are strong and sturdy yet affordable. The SIPs walls will be combined with an Equideck roof to ensure constant internal temperatures throughout the year.
