Spencer Pl, Tatton Hills – Construction Progress

Last week we checked progress onsite at Spencer Place, Tatton Hills. We were pleased to see that internal plasterboard sheeting and high level Exin panels had been installed. Large bays of sliding doors in the living and dining room had also been installed. The expanses of glass and high ceilings will be an attractive feature and give a light and airy feel to the space. On the exterior of the house, feature stone cladding has been included in the design and will provide a contemporary look.
