Punch St – New Build

This new two storey, four bedroom family home is to be sited on a vacant lot in central Gundagai. The house design is a modern interpretation of the traditional Queenslander style of architecture. This is attributed to its two storey design with weatherboard cladding, pitched and gabled roof lines, wraparound veranda and piers.

The exterior colour and materials scheme will consist of Zincalume Colorbond roofing, black aluminium framed windows and trims, face blockwork and an off white weatherboard facade.

The house is designed to sit harmoniously within its site and its surrounding area. The proposed house will incorporate both passive and active sustainable design principles.
