Spencer Place, Tatton Hills – Progress Update

Our client sent us these construction progress photos of their new house at Spencer Place, Tattton Hills. The Exin panels have been painted, the custom Orb wall sheeting has been installed and looks great in a horizontal orientation. The outside of the master bedroom has large bays of windows oriented to the north and east, which bring in plenty of natural light and provides views to the garden, pool and pool house. Another interesting element of the house design is the skillion truss roof with wide eave overhang, which provides a strong contemporary architectural feature and also some relief from the sun.
