The Boulevarde – Multi Residential Development

This completed project consists of two villas on a subdivided block in Kooringal. Each villa contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The project is located in a part of town that is currently undergoing a rejuvenation and increased residential density. 

One of the most important design considerations was to utilise passive solar principles despite the site area constraints. We applied the following passive design elements such as main indoor and outdoor living areas oriented north, sun shading elements, and high level of insulation to the roofs, walls and floors.  

The villas incorporate a contemporary style interior materials palette such as white subway tiles, grey laminate timber floors, feature charcoal grey and timber cabinetry and Carerra-look benchtops.
