Wollundry Ave – Additions & Alterations

This beautifully renovated house is located within the Wagga Wagga Conservation Area. The home recently won three awards at the  2017 HIA Regional Housing Awards: Riverina Home of the Year; Renovation of the Year; and Bathroom of the Year.
Our scope of work included the addition with weatherboard cladding, stucco render and craftsman inspired pergolas and awnings. Overall the addition has enhanced both the aesthetic appeal and functional liveability of the house and outdoor area.
