Yaven Creek Road – In Construction

Another residential project we have running is near completion. This project involves additions and alterations to an existing family house located on a picturesque rural property near Adelong. Careful consideration was given to incorporate a number of passive and active environmental design solutions to enhance the house’s comfort and liveability given the area’s cooler climate. Some of these solutions included installation of higher levels of insulation and high performance northern aspect glazing.

The exterior has been clad with weatherboard to match the existing house and to overall give the house a casual and relaxed country aesthetic. Greta Unkuri from Greta Unkuri Interiors was also involved in the project to help design the house interior. The builder for the job is Jai Warden.
