Contemporary Courtyard Living on Edward Street
We have been busy developing 3D visualisations for a multi-unit residential development proposed for Edward Street, Wagga Wagga. The scheme comprises four two-bedroom units, each with its own private courtyard. To optimise site efficiency and spatial planning, the dwellings are designed as two-storey residences.
The overall aesthetic is contemporary, defined by a restrained yet textural material palette. A strong emphasis has been placed on lightweight façade cladding products from James Hardie, including Scyon Axon and Scyon Matrix, which contribute to a clean, modern rhythm across the elevations. These are complemented by feature elements of natural stacked stone, introducing warmth and visual contrast.
The external palette is grounded in a sophisticated mix of whites, greys, and charcoal tones, reinforcing the project’s refined and cohesive architectural language.
In addition to the architectural design, the project also incorporates a landscape design component, enabling a fully integrated service for the client and ensuring a cohesive transition between built form and outdoor spaces.
