Spencer Pl – New Residence
This is a design for a split level, contemporary style residence on Spencer Place in Wagga Wagga. The house has recently been completed and looks stunning.
The most impressive element of the design is the internal courtyard which provides a lovely aesthetic from the internal spaces and also functions as an ideal private area for entertaining and relaxing.
The house features large expanses of glass windows to bring in light, provide views to the internal courtyard and also has high ceilings to give a light and airy feel. The design also incorporated a swimming pool to enhance amenity. These drawings were prepared in SketchUp.
