Holbrook Rd – New Residence
This new residence will be built on Holbrook Road, Wagga Wagga. The house is a new single-storey, dual occupancy and consists of three main pods with connecting access ways.
The residence is designed to be eco-friendly and has a strong contemporary aesthetic. The house will be elevated on steel posts above the existing rocky outcrops on the site to capture the best views, breezes and orientation.
The house will be constructed using steel frames, concrete piers and eco housing panels for the wall, floor and roof. These panels combine insulation, structural properties and a decorative external surface.
The house will also feature large bays of full height northern glazing to frame the magnificent rural views.
