Norman Duck Dr – Residential Addition

One of our latest residential projects on the drawing board is converting a 1980s red brick three bedroom house located in San Isadore into a more environmentally sustainable, contemporary model.

The house will be revamped with a focus on increasing its livability through designing larger and more aesthetically-pleasing living spaces and just as importantly to enhance the thermal properties of the house. Some of the ways we will achieve a more Eco-friendly home will be through the installation of north and east orientation glazing, additional insulation, a slow combustion wood heater, solar panels with battery storage and a bladder tank storage. The house will also feature wide verandah’s which will add additional space for entertaining or relaxing.
