This year’s NSW Country Division Regional Conference, ‘Always Was, Always Will Be’ was attended by Gioia. It was held in Byron Bay over three days in early October.

Our brief was to bring the Australian Arcade interior back to its former glory, honoring its original charm while complementing many of the contemporary updates made by the existing tenancies.

Where possible our approach is to preserve as many of the original features of existing homes and other buildings.

Located in the Temora Aviation Estate we are excited to see this house, which was designed with a strong emphasis on active and passive environmentally sustainable principles, finally come into fruition.

From the very first briefing meeting with the client, the direction for this project was to create an outdoor room that was loosely structured with casual seating opportunities and a central dining area.

We have been proudly working in collaboration with fellow local architect, Mark Golden to design an exciting new classroom wing based on the Reggio Emilio pedagogy, located in Wagga Wagga.

Our team has successfully combined the expertise of an architect and landscape architect to develop a design that seamlessly ties in the built form with the landscape.
